To use the our Remote Support, please contact IT in Dentistry to arrange a support time slot. We will get you to download and run the Remote_Support file which will allow us to take control of your system so that we can perform remote support or instruction.
To use the remote support software, click on the image below and save the file to your desktop. When instructed by our support staff, run the application - you may be asked if you wish to run this type of file, select run. You will see a login screen (see below), our support staff will give you the necessary information to enter, and then click connect. We will then be able to interact with you on your system, either to rectify an issue or just to see what it is you are seeing.
